Services description: car rental service have free delivery (in Bucharest and Cluj for rentals for more than 3 days from Monday to Friday between 9 and 18). The car can be delivered in the adjacent counties of Bucharest or national at a cost mentioned in terms and condition. Rent a car service can be used by any person who has a driving license of at least 1 year, regardless of age.

Mileage: The mileage is unlimited for rental periods longer than 3 days; If the rental period is shorter, there is a mileage limit of 150km / day, and if traveling outside the country, a limit of 300km / day is applied regardless of the period. The extra mileage is paid separately and costs is €0.1/km .

Bookings: Rental cars can be made on the exact model if the rental starts immediately; If the reservation is made for next day and so, the car received will be of the same class, the exact model of the vehicle can not be guaranteed.

Delivery: before rental car service starts we make a technical and visual inspection, we take care to have all documentation, the car is washed and fueled. The AMS team checks the car in detail so that you have a unique, comfortable and safe driving experience.

Payment method / Guarantee: Payment for car rental service can be done cash, credit/debit card or bank transfer, the refundable deposit being pre-authorized on a credit card as the value of the guarantee for the rented car does not reach our possession, it remains in your account, to be unlocked upon return if the vehicle was returned in the same condition. In the event of theft, damage or missing/damaged items, an amount may be retained for remediation up to the amount of the deposit.

At your request car rental service can be done with AMS driver, 8 hours / day, in which case the guarantee / deposit is 0, the risk in case of damage or theft being taken over by us.

Documents: In order to make the rental agreement, we need a copy of the driving license, a copy of the ID / Passport and a valid e-mail address where we send a copy of the delivery note. When you rent ther car, do not forget the VISA or MASTERCARD credit card for deposit/warranty pre-authorization.
